Adams is set to leave Carrow Road after serving in various roles, including a period as first-team manager in 2014. The 58-year-old moved into his current executive position in 2021 to support the sporting director. His departure comes as the club organises a new leadership structure, according to the Pink Un.
Lee Dunn, the current head of recruitment, will receive a promotion to the role of technical director. Dunn joined the Norfolk club in 2013 and previously led the scouting department. He will now oversee broader football operations alongside sporting director Ben Knapper, per the Eastern Daily Press.
Adams made 206 appearances for the Canaries as a player before joining the coaching staff. He famously led the under-18 side to FA Youth Cup success in 2013. The club has not yet confirmed an exact date for his exit, but the transition is expected to conclude this season.
